Endovenous ablation therapy - different techniques

Per the CPT manual, you cannot report CPT 36478 with CPT 36475 & CCI supports this & indicates that modifier -59 is NOT allowed. How do you then code endovenous ablation of two separate veins (different entry sites) when one vein is treated with LASER ablation & the other is treated with RADIOFREQUENCY ablation? Can anyone help with this?
