peroneal brevis tendon tear with ganglion cyst

The peroneal retinacalum was incised. The peroneus brevis tendon was visualized and noted to have a significant amount of shredding and tearing from approximately 2 cm distal to the fibula and 2 cm proximal to the fibula. The peroneus longus tendon was also visualized and noted to be completely intact. There was inflammatory synovitis.

Debridement was undertaken of the peroneus brevis tendon to excise a distal nodular lesion and the shredded tendon. A 2-0 Ethibond suture was then utilized to tubularize the tendon and repair the tear in a running fashion.

I'm using 27658 for the tendon repair, would you also use 27630 for the excision of lesion or is it included in the repair? Any help would be appreciated.
