Number of Cases on Practice Assessment ICD10

I was told that there was more than one case of 50 question for the ICD10 Practice Assessment. Once you've completed it the page even states to hit the "Back" button to get another case. I've answered all 50 questions correctly and when I hit the "Back" button, Case 2 doesn't show up. The wording on their page for the Practice Assessment states "50 practical exercises based on sample cases." I don't know if I misunderstood and there is only one 50 question case or if their website is not loading another case. I've deleted my history and cookies and even tried changing browsers, but Case 1 is the only one that shows up.

Any ideas?:confused:
