Please help

My Dr did an exploration of left ulnar nerve, no damage was found. Do we code 64719 (Neuroplasty ? ulnar nerve at wrist) or 64836 (Suture of ulnar motor nerve)? Would we use -52 for reduced services since no damage was found?

Please help
