Help? CPT Code for hysteroscopy converted into hysterectomy

I'm new at this coding thing and I have a question-what CPT code(s) would you use if a hysteroscopy with fractional dilation and curettage became a total abdominal hysterectomy? There was a complication of a perforation of the uterus at the time of the hysteroscopy and D&C so the procedure converted to a TAH.
