ACL reconstruction

Hi,

Our physician decided to perform revision ACL reconstruction using arthroscopic Patellar tendon auto graft and extra articular reconstruction using iliotibial band mono loop augmentation for the same ACL. Can I code CPT 29888 and 27427 same time for dual ACL reconstruction. Please help me out in this.
