hemi-to-total shoulder

my doc is doing conversion of hemi shoulder to total shoulder.

How are you coding this? 23472 or unlisted ?

per NCCI 23334- removal implant is included in 23472....so it seems I cannot capture extra work done in a conversion, unless going unlisted ?
