HELP! Granuloma code

I have come across this in my coding. I have tried coding the granuloma but it comes out to the jaw only. There is nothing that I can find to code to the soft tissue of the elbow. Any help would be gratefully accepted. Thank you in advance!

DIAGNOSIS:

Soft Tissue, Right Elbow, Focal Excisional Biopsy - Fibroconnective tissue with chronic inflammation and multinucleated giant cell granuloma. GMS staining for fungus and AFB staining for microbacteria results are negative. No neoplasm identified within the specimen.
