Code challange for New Patient confirmed pregnancy

Hello,

I am not sure how to icd 9 code a new patient that has already had a confirmed pregnancy in the ER or with another physician, I don't think v72.42 is the correct code. Physician will not initiate New OB until he has established a history on these new patients. I would appreciate your feedback.
