BRCA CPT codes and Technical Component

Hi, I am trying to verify if the BRCA CPT codes: 81211-81217 have a technical component. I see in the instructions that modifier 26 can be billed for interpretation and report only. However, I do not see any reference to a technical component.

Does anyone know if the BRCA CPT codes have a technical component?
