Oncology EMR Vendors

Has anyone had experience with Altos (taking over for MedSym) with their OncoEMR or with IMS/MediTab?

I am reviewing options for a freestanding oncology clinic that needs to change over in the next couple of months and we don't want a repeat of the MedSym frustrations. Thanks in Advance!
