Radical Parotidectomy w/sacrafice of facial nerve

I could use some guidance on this case:

1. Wide local excision of skin

2. Radiacl parotidectomy w/sacrafice of facial nerve

3. Left radical neck dissection w/sacrafice of sternocleidomastoid muscle and assessory nerve.

4. Split thickness skin graft from left thigh

5. Facial nerve graft using 5-cm section of great auricular nerve

6. Alloderm implant over parotid gland.
