Pro Tools 12 Upgrade - Free plugins?

I see Avid is giving away a couple free plugins (Eleven & Smack) with a PT 12 upgrade until 11/30.

Does anyone know if this applies only to a purchase made directly through Avid or would I still get the plugins if purchased from somewhere like Musicians Friend
