2 OB/GYN Physicians from Same Group Delivered CS Baby

Hi,

1 OB/GYN Physician delivered a baby c/s and the delivery assistant was another OB/GYN physician from the same medical group because the residents were in a lecture.

My question is, can they be reimbursed for both of their delivery services?

I was thinking: 59510, 22 for increased procedural services.

Any thoughts on this?
