GUI Scaling problem on W10

It looks like PT 12.2 & 12.3 are not scaling properly on Windows 10
I am using a resolution of 2560x1440 at 125% scaling and never had a problem with this on PT until now.

Basically, if the option "Disable display scaling on high DPI settings" is checked the GUI will look quite small.
If the option is unchecked it will look as usual until a plugin from Avid such as AIR EQ for example is opened the GUI will become unscaled and everything will look small like if the scaling option was disabled when is not.

For now, I think the unique workaround is go back to an earlier version of PT 12 where this errors aren't there or just not to use the plugins that cause this problem and change the resolution of the screen if needed.
