Is it possible to download just the application manager ?

I had uninstalled it, as I didn't think it'd really be necessary.

The 12.3 installer doesn't seem to let you customize the install at all, and I'd rather not reinstall the entire program just to get the app manager back.

Want to see if the 12.3.1 update shows up there, as it's not in my account yet.
