Is the Video Engine bug gone in Protools 12?

Can someone confirm the Video Engine bugs are gone in Protools 12?

Keep getting this error:
The Video Egine had an unrecoverable error.
Would you like to reinitialize the Video Engine?

Just want to make sure, otherwise there's no point upgrading for me.
I'm using DNXHD36 video on a Blackmagic Intensity 4K card, latest drivers, PT HDX 11.3.2, Mac Pro dustbin
