Transport Window Shortcut > Start Time

What is the short cut to activate the start time in the transport window? I can activate "the start time" on transport window on the edit screen.

But on my other monitor when I ctrl = over to mix window, I can bring up the other transport window the floating one using ctrl + 1 but when I use the / , it does not navigate to the start time on the transport but activates it on the edit window.

Is there a way to get the focus on the start time in the other transport window?
They sync after I enter a number on the edit transport.
