Biofeedback - 90911

Do any of your practices offer biofeedback, 90911? If you do, is this service performed by a nurse? APRN? or PA?

This is a service that be billed "incident to," but we are wondering if this only applies to APRN/PA's or if a nurse can also bill for this service under the physician's name?
