I've searched high-and-low and cannot find this answer. Can anyone tell me how to know when to code for ER/PR +/- status (V86.XX)? Is positive status for all patient's who are on aromatase inhibitors or SERMS, or is other support required (either thru blood tests or just provider statement alone)? Thanks so much.
