Billing CPT 29888 with CPT 29882

Hello, I am a newbie coder (just passed my cpc whoop) trying to help out my Doctor .
In checking the Medicare CCI edits cpt 29888 and cpt 29882 are showing bundled and our coder is not approving us to bill them out. We have extensive records showing these are seperate procedures and he feels they should be billed and reimbursed. Can we use a 59 modifer on the 29882?
PS he also billed cpt 29876 that is showing bundled but i agree this code is bundled. any input would be helpful
