I have been working in HIM as an Outpatient Coder for just over a year and beginning to explore other career interests in the HIM field. I have gained much interest in Compliance and considering in enrolling in the CPCO course. Does anyone have any recommendations or suggestions about obtaining a position as a Compliance Officer once I have acquired the CPCO Certification? Are there entry level/Assistant positions offered?
