I don't use Pro Tools often but man this software (and Avid) is NOT user friendly. I was running pro tools 10 (for institutions) with pro tools 11 license. First off I didn't get Pro Tools 11 dropped into my products/subscriptions area online until contacting them by email. Then they dropped it in and I had pro tools 11 working. I upgraded from mavericks to yosemite and Pro tools stopped working. I know I can't run pro tools 10 on a 10.10.5 system but they took Pro tools 11 out of my Products for whatever reason. I can't contact them now without buying some support code? I can't seem to remember how I previously got ahold of them by email before but now there seems to be no option for email contact. Am I missing something here? I feel like an idiot running around in circles between contacting these peasants and trying to get this software working. Please help.
