Protools 12 Upgrade

I have my 4 year upgrade free expiring in april 2016. I've already own PT 12.3. Will I be able to upgrade to PT 12.4 or 12.5 etc... after that ? Or not ? Should I purchase the license for U$ 99 'till the end of this year 2015 ? After april what's gonna be the upgrade price for PT 12 users ? U$ 99 either ?
