Hello, can anyone please!! answer the following question? Regarding ROS & EXAM if my physician documents cardiololgy, gastro and so on in the ROS and then documents the same for the exam can I use both since ROS is part of the HPI and the other is the exam or is that double dipping so confused I am new to e/m.
