Billing NP visits in a SNF

My NP came to me and asked me how often she could see patients in SNF. I have checked the CMS web-site and searched other web-sites and what I have come up with is we can bill for services 1.5 times in a 30 day period after the physician's initial visit. My question is what is considered the .5? She has actually seen three patients at least twice in one week. Am I going to be able to bill for both of these visits and receive payment? The second visit was for follow-up on an ear check (?).
