angiography via open exposure

Hi,
Can you please tell me what you think on this one? I wasn't sure if something different should be coded because the femoral was accessed through an open exposure site. Do you think I would just use 36200 and 75710?

Initially, a left common femoral endarterectomy and patch angioplasty was
conducted by Dr. XX of the vascular surgery team. Upon completion of the
patch angioplasty, with the site exposed, the patch was punctured using a
micropuncture kit in retrograde fashion. Over a 0.018 inch guidewire a 5
French micropuncture catheter was inserted. A 0.035 inch Bentson guidewire
was advanced into the abdominal aorta. Over this a 4 French sheath was
inserted. Retrograde injections were performed. There is an ulcerated
stenosis of the left common iliac artery without significant luminal
compromise. No iliac inflow stenosis identified. No endovascular
intervention performed. The sheath was removed. The patch entry site was
closed with suture by the vascular surgery team.
FINDINGS:
Limited pelvic angiography via exposed left common femoral artery patch
angioplasty site as part of a hybrid procedure demonstrates no significant
left-sided iliac inflow stenosis. No intervention. There is extensive
diffuse calcific atherosclerotic disease of the iliac inflow vessels with
ulceration of the left common iliac artery.
