Procedure documentation??

Hello,

I would like to get an opinion on whether or not any of you think the below procedure description or documentation is enough to code the procedure. It is as follows:

Distal radius & ulna fx, closed reduction under conscious sedation. Pt neurovascularly intact post reduction.
