Licensure/Regulation/Certification:

Coding certification from an accredited organization (i.e., AAPC, AHIMA) required AND Patient Account Technician Certification (CPAT) or higher through either the American Association of Healthcare Administrative Management (AAHAM), or the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA) is required.

*** One of the above certificates is acceptable if candidate agrees to obtain other certification by sitting for the exam within 1 year of hire.
