Community Service Boards/Medicaid feedback

I was wondering if anyone on the forums is currently or has worked in a behavioral healthcare Community Service Board setting with Medicaid/Medicare being the biggest payers.

I was in family practice billing and reimbursement for fourteen years, so behavioral healthcare and Medicaid is fairly new to me. Anyone willing to answer a few questions and give feedback time-to-time would be GREATLY appreciated!
