PT automatically reinstalls removed aax plugins

Hi
I removed a bunch of plugins I never use and at start up, PT automatically reinstalls removed tax plugins. How can I stop this behavior? These are the ones:

I read somewhere that I should remove them from the app itself, by opening the package and remove them. But I cannot seem to find these there. Can anyone point me in the right direction. thanks Hans
