Are clicktracks in PT12 like this - or fixed?

This for PT Express.

It seems to me that clicktracks are compensated twice, so they become one asio buffer late out from daw.

Just listening to click out and rerecord to a new track.
Either with an ready click track imported, or with click plugins in PT clicktrack.

I will run PT11 trial later in december, but curious if it's fixed or not.
But you do not get to run PT12 as trial, only 11.
