...before prices go up in 2016?

In the Avid Store one of the bullet points for the Annual Upgrade plan says:
"Upgrade or crossgrade now before prices go up in 2016"

Does that mean that those of us who upgraded early will pay more than $99 when our plans need to be renewed?

I'm assuming many have plans that expire 03/31/16 after purchasing during last year's promotion. I'm wondering how these users will be affected.
